® Wrangler is built for freedom and individual style. So, when it comes to accessories and performance parts, Mopar® takes great pride in delivering cutting-edge equipment for off-road enthusiasts who live by their own set of rules.
This year at SEMA we’re rolling out over 200 new Jeep Performance Parts and Accessories, from roof racks and lighting to lift kits and bumpers, for the All-New 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Here’s a closer look at some of the modifications coming for the off-road icon next year.
ACCESSORIES FOR THE ALL-NEW 2018 JEEP WRANGLER
Jeep enthusiasts embrace the Go Anywhere, Do Anything® mantra, whether they’re exploring on a 4×4 adventure or enjoying outdoor sport like biking and snowboarding. That’s why we’re particularly excited this year to offer our first-ever roof rack for the All-New Wrangler. The lifestyle cargo carriers, including a ski, snowboard and bicycle carrier, mount to the roof rack to transport outdoor gear to the next adventure, and keep the Jeep brand lifestyle going strong even when the vehicle is in park.
Other firsts for this year include the Mopar Jeep Wrangler flip-out tailgate table with utility space and cup holders. Plus, new screen protectors, a first from Mopar for any vehicle, help block dust and debris from cluttering Uconnect® 7- and 8.4-inch display systems and even help to enhance visibility. Now, wherever the adventure goes — and whatever mud you kick up — your Jeep Wrangler will be ready.
Other new Mopar accessories for 2018 include UV-tested tops (mesh and solid bikini), all-weather floor mats that fit like a glove, molded cargo trays, grab handles and fuel doors, and vehicle graphics and tire covers available in a variety of styles and designs, including a subtle 1941 stripe and a Moab-inspired off-road silhouette graphic.
PERFORMANCE PARTS FOR THE ALL-NEW 2018 JEEP WRANGLER
When it comes to off-road adventure, performance is everything. That’s why serious off-road enthusiasts drive Jeep Wrangler 4x4s, and why they rely on Mopar performance parts to modify their vehicle for their specific terrain and style.
For example, for those who like to do their off-roading at night or in inclement weather, Mopar is introducing new LED off-road lights, available in 5- and 7-inch applications, that pump out a maximum of 8,000 lumens, putting commercial- and military-grade illumination into the hands of hardcore off-roaders. The off-road lights mount to the frame rails, winch guard or windshield via new Jeep Performance Parts off-road light brackets. A new auxiliary switch bank featuring its own power distribution center offers an organized central area for operating accessories such as the off-road lights, winch and other electrical-powered items.
Other new performance parts for the All-New 2018 Jeep Wrangler include a 2-inch lift kit that pairs with high-top fender flares and can accommodate oversized 37-inch tires for getting into the serious mud and rocky terrain. And when you add a steel Wrangler Rubicon off-road bumper and unique heavy-gauge steel rock rails built thicker and wider with an added non-slip finish, even the most dedicated trail riders will be impressed with their newfound capability.
By the numbers, 98 percent of Jeep Wrangler vehicles are outfitted with at least one Mopar product, which is why we put in more than 100,000 hours of development, testing and validation on the lineup of 200-plus products for the All-New 2018 Jeep Wrangler. That math adds up to a massive amount of off-road capability for an icon of four-wheel drive.
The Mopar line of Jeep Performance Parts and accessories for the All-New 2018 Jeep Wrangler will be available for purchase when the Wrangler arrives in dealerships.
